As a Senior Sponsorship Executive, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and working closely with senior management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team while also being actively involved in activities such as lead generation, client outreach and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive sponsorship sales for conferences and events to achieve revenue targets.
· Identify, approach and secure sponsorship opportunities from potential clients.
· Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
· Work closely with management to develop sales strategies and growth plans.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sponsor onboarding and execution.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5-8 years of sales experience with recent experience in B2B sales.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
· Strong leadership skills with hands on approach to sales execution.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
