Description
We are looking for a Senior Specialist WFM Planning to join our team. The role requires a strong understanding of workforce management, data analysis and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in workforce management planning and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate workforce management models to support business needs
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize staffing levels and improve service delivery
- Develop and implement forecasting models to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet service level goals
- Provide recommendations on staffing strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage and maintain scheduling and real-time adherence tools to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resource planning and allocation
- Provide regular reports and analysis on workforce performance to management
- Continuously improve workforce management practices and processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in workforce management planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with workforce management tools such as WFM, Blue Pumpkin, or Verint
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in call center or customer service industry is a plus
