The role requires strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities, along with expertise in reporting, analytics, and workforce engagement models including T&M and SOW.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment across MSP programs, ensuring quality and TAT adherenceAct as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and vendor partners to drive hiring outcomesGovern vendor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvementDevelop and present reports, dashboards, and insights to support data-driven decisionsTrack and manage pipeline, demand fulfillment, and aging positionsEnsure strong understanding and execution across T&M and SOW-based hiring modelsDrive regular reviews with stakeholders and vendors on performance and delivery metricsIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experienceKey Requirements:Proven experience in MSP/contingent workforce hiringStrong stakeholder and vendor management skillsSolid understan ding of T&M and SOW hiring modelsExcellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboardsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Experience working with tools like Fieldglass, or similar VMS platformsExposure to large-scale hiring programs and global stakeholders (Adv) Is this the job for you We would love to hear from you!
