Report Production Delivery Produce scheduled and adhoc reports from Power BI and ServiceNow based on stakeholder requests ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Dashboard Maintenance Monitor troubleshoot and maintain existing dashboards across both platforms ensuring data freshness performance optimization and alignment with evolving requirements
Continuous Improvement Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing dashboards through improved visualizations new metrics and user experience optimization
Data Quality AssuranceValidate data accuracy and consistency across reports identifying and resolving data quality issues in collaboration with data sources owners
Documentation Knowledge Sharing Document data models report specifications and best practices provide training and support to dashboard users
Performance Optimization Optimize Power BI and ServiceNow reports for performance including DAX optimization query efficiency and ServiceNow platform performance best practices
Job Responsibilites
Act as reporting expert for Infrastructure teams onPower BI and ServiceNow platforms delivering highquality dashboards that support datadriven decisionmaking
Manage the complete reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment maintenance and continuous improvement across both platforms
Build and maintain ServiceNow native reporting solutions including reports dashboards Performance Analytics and custom applications
Ensure all dashboards meet quality standards including data accuracy visual consistency performance benchmarks and user accessibility
Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities by identifying new metrics visualization techniques and automation opportunities
Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on Power BI and ServiceNow reporting capabilities report interpretation and selfservice analytics
Collaborate with ServiceNow BI Team Data Engineers and IT teams to ensure proper data integration governance and security compliance
Required Skills Experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including Power BI Desktop Power BI Service data modeling DAX and Power Query M language
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and analytics including Report Designer Performance Analytics dashboards and custom widgetsapplications
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture data model tables relationships CMDB and scripting capabilities for advanced reporting needs
Strong experience in data modeling including starsnowflake schemas data transformations and relational database concepts
Experience integrating ServiceNow data with Power BI and other external data sources into unified reporting solutions
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UXUI principles for dashboard design
