We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FullStack Engineer to design build and maintain scalable enterprisegrade applications The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across backend Java Spring Boot Python frontend ReactJS cloudnative microservices and modern DevSecOps practices This role requires strong engineering discipline an ownership mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers architects and product stakeholders

Required Skills

8 years of handson software development experience with deep expertise in modern Java FullStack development

Strong command of Java frameworks and libraries including Spring Spring Boot and Hibernate

Proven experience building singlepage web applications using ReactJS Bootstrap and Nodejs

Strong handson proficiency with Python for scripting automation data processing and backend services

Proven ability to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS collaborating closely with UIUX designers to translate mockups into productionready experiences

Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing microservices and eventdriven systems leveraging messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

Expertise developing and maintaining RESTful APIs backend services and database schemas across relational SQL Server PostgreSQL and NoSQL MongoDB Elasticsearch platforms

Ability to enforce software engineering best practices including peer code reviews unit and integration testing and adherence to architectural standards

Proven ability to proactively detect and remediate security vulnerabilities across application code and infrastructure ensuring compliance within established SLAs

Handson experience deploying and operating containerized microservices on cloud platforms AWS andor Azure applying cloudnative patterns and infrastructureascode principles

Ability to collaborate closely with UIUX designers to translate design mockups into polished functional interfaces

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex crossstack production issues and drive rootcause analysis to resolution

Experience integrating AI Generative AI capabilities LLMs embeddings RAG pipelines agentic workflows into existing applications and new product features

Experience collaborating with data science and ML teams to operationalize models build evaluation pipelines and deploy productionready AI services

Familiarity with modern frontend tooling state management and componentdriven development

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues endtoend

Experience participating actively in Agile ceremonies and managing work and releases through Jira and Azure DevOps

Handson experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture across the software delivery lifecycle

Collaborate with junior engineers on complex tickets guiding them through debugging rootcause analysis and responding to production incidents

Guide jr developers on writing effective unit and integration tests and navigating CICD pipelines with confidence

Provide mentorship and technical feedback to jr engineers guiding them to expand into new areas such as cloud computing AIML and DevOps and progressing toward midlevel contributions
