Senior Specialist - Software Engineering (AWS & Java)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to software development and infrastructure enhancements of covered applications.
• Provide monitoring, handle support calls, and resolve production issues during US night hours.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and IT operations teams to streamline software delivery and infrastructure changes.
• Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop browser-based user interfaces.
• Implement automation tools, cloud services, and DevOps practices to improve deployment and operational efficiency.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Perform basic system administration tasks and use Linux commands and Bash scripting.
• Ensure software quality through attention to detail, testing, and validation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to Nasdaq's business.
