Job Description
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions to enhance our client's demand planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring the successful adoption of SAP IBP across our client base.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct functional analysis and gap assessments to identify areas for process optimization and SAP IBP integration.
- Configure and customize SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning.
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAP IBP implementations.
- Provide functional support and training to clients, ensuring their effective utilization of SAP IBP features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver tailored SAP IBP solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, incorporating innovative practices into our implementations.
- Document and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of SAP IBP projects and effective knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP IBP, providing timely support and guidance to clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP IBP implementation methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and consulting, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- In-depth functional knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP IBP modules, with a strong understanding of SAP IBP architecture and integration capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective SAP IBP solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- SAP certification in SAP IBP or a related SAP module is highly advantageous.
- Experience in working with global clients and diverse cultural environments is an asset.
