As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our SAP Modernization - Delivery department. Your expertise will be instrumental in administering, supporting, and optimizing our SAP systems, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support SAP system landscapes, including installations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and stability of SAP environments.
  • Perform system administration tasks and provide timely resolution to issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP systems with business requirements.
  • Implement best practices and standards for SAP BASIS administration.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of SAP system configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP system landscapes and architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP upgrade and migration projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Certifications in SAP BASIS administration (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Basis) are an advantage.
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging SAP technologies.
