Job Description
The Senior Specialist - SAP APO PPDS will play a crucial role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department at Bristlecone India Limited. This role involves overseeing and managing SAP APO PPDS projects, from design to documentation, and contributing to the development of assets and accelerators to enhance our supply planning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP APO PPDS projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Design, configure, and test SAP APO PPDS solutions, tailored to client needs.
- Provide training and documentation support to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and transform supply planning functions, offering innovative solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements.
- Contribute to the development of assets and accelerators within SAP APO PPDS.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in supply planning.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP APO PPDS implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of supply planning processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in SAP APO PPDS configuration and customization.
- Experience in building assets and accelerators within SAP APO PPDS is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
