Job Description
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering SAP technical solutions. Your expertise in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, and technical architecture will be key in driving successful implementation, migration, and support projects. You will lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring effective collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Your leadership and technical skills will be instrumental in delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP consultants, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Drive the implementation, rollout, and migration of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Enhance and support existing SAP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimized solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Document and communicate technical specifications and project progress to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and support during system testing and UAT phases.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of leading and managing SAP ABAP projects, demonstrating successful delivery.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, HANA database, and SAP UI5/Fiori.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its technical components.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in SAP development tools and technologies, such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and HANA Studio.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
