Senior Specialist - SAP-

Job Description

The Senior Specialist – SAP will be a key member of Bristlecone India's S4 HANA Technical – Delivery department, responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP Transportation Management (TM) projects. You will design, configure, integrate, test, and support TM solutions, ensuring alignment with client logistics processes and SAP best practices while working closely with cross‑functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for transportation management processes.
• Design and configure SAP TM modules, including planning, execution, and analytics.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and third‑party logistics systems.
• Develop custom enhancements, BAdIs, and reports using ABAP and SAP UI technologies.
• Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for TM solutions.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP Transportation Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM architecture, master data, and integration points.
• Proficiency in ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, and SAP PI/PO or CPI for integrations.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and SAP EWM environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex TM projects from design to production.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot end‑to‑end logistics scenarios.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; SAP TM certification is a plus.
