Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the SAP IBP team, ensuring efficient and effective solution delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain planning, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of SAP IBP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP IBP configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer and easy reference.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other departments on SAP IBP-related queries.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the SAP IBP environment, implementing best practices and compliance measures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP IBP modules, with a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions, demonstrating successful project delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP IBP functionalities and best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP reporting and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning and SAP IBP.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
