Position Responsibilities:
o Formulate and Coordinate Regional Business Plans: Based on the company's global strategy, develop annual/quarterly business and regional plans for each region, ensuring alignment of goals and reasonable resource allocation, and achieving revenue targets.
o Coordinate Cross-Regional Project Execution: Track project progress, coordinate cooperation between cross-time-zone and cross-cultural teams, resolve conflicts and issues during execution, optimize cross-regional supply chains and production schedules to reduce delays and costs, lower inventory, and improve ITO.
o Data Analysis & Decision Support: Collect and analyse multi-regional business data, propose plan optimization recommendations, and provide decision-making reports to management. Act as a partner to regional companies on planning matters.
o Risk Management & Compliance Assurance: Identify cross-regional operational risks (policy, logistics, partners, etc.) and ensure project execution complies with local laws and company standards.
Position Qualification:
o Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited; preferred majors in energy, engineering management, supply chain management, or international trade.
o Work Experience: More than 12 years of experience in cross-regional project management, international business planning, or global supply chain coordination, with proven success in managing projects across multiple countries/regions.
Position Competencies:
o Strategic planning & global coordination.
o Cross-cultural communication & collaboration, coordinating teams with different languages and cultural backgrounds.
o International market & policy analysis, with the ability to respond quickly to changes.
o Project Management Skills: Proficient in using project management tools (such as MS Project, ERP systems, supply chain management software) and skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel, etc.).
o Familiar with the wind power industry, experience in project delivery, familiar with the local conditions project developments in India
o Professional knowledge related to supply chain management. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
o Proficient in using data analysis tools to integrate multi-regional business data and make informed decisions based on data.
Key Business Challenge to Solve:
o Daily dispatch plan development, delivery plan execution achieve rate, inventory control.
o Identify risks early and plan ahead to achieve the annual delivery and rev target from the company.
o Data-Driven Decision Support: Integrate multi-regional business data to provide accurate analysis and support high-level strategic decision-making.
