Job Summary



  Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Project Management to lead stakeholder management project planning scope and change management risk and crisis management and project governance activities


  Job Description 


  Lead and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project execution Define project scope and implement change management processes to control scope creep and maintain project objectives Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises to minimize impact on project delivery and ensure continuity Implement and enforce project governance frameworks to maintain compliance with organizational standards and policies


Roles and Responsibilities 


    Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure resource availability and resolve conflicts Engage stakeholders regularly to gather requirements provide timely updates and manage expectations Monitor and control project scope managing change requests through formal approval processes Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation and contingency plans Oversee adherence to project governance through regular reviews audits and compliance checks Support project planning activities by tracking progress against schedules and adjusting plans as necessary
