Senior Specialist -Platform Operation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily technical operations, including application support, monitoring, and updates for Nasdaq services.
• Respond to production incidents and provide timely resolution to internal and external customers.
• Build, develop, test, and automate infrastructure supporting Nasdaq solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and implement projects.
• Identify and remediate issues flagged by InfoSec or operational findings.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software deployment.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and business continuity standards.
• Provide 24/7 technical operations and application support across Nasdaq platforms.
