Senior Specialist

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Middleware architecture specializing in WebSphere administration and infrastructure management

Job Description:

• Strong expertise in WebSphere Application Server installation configuration and administration Experience in middleware architecture with hands on knowledge of WebSphere environments Good to have skills in JBoss Nginx and GCP Infrastructure Services to support hybrid middleware solutions Ability to troubleshoot and optimize middleware performance and deployments Familiarity with Linux operating systems and shell scripting for automation and operational efficiency Understanding of cloud infrastructure particularly Google Cloud Platform services to support scalable middleware deployments Knowledge of containerization platforms and orchestration tools is a plus Commitment to maintaining high availability and security of middleware components Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning new technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage WebSphere middleware infrastructure ensuring zero downtime Collaborate with cross functional teams to apply patches fix vulnerabilities and ensure compliance Participate in infrastructure planning and build middleware solutions aligned with project requirements
• Support deployment activities for middleware across multiple projects and environments Monitor middleware health and performance troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
• Facilitate communication between development production support and infrastructure teams Participate in release management and change control processes Drive automation initiatives for deployment and monitoring of middleware components Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing for middleware architecture and operational procedures.
