Job Description
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, utilizing your expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to design and develop innovative applications. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with our development team, providing guidance and expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design and development process for SAP BTP projects.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces following SAP Fiori design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research and perform usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior UI/UX developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, ensuring our applications remain modern and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with SAP design standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work closely with the development team to integrate UI/UX designs seamlessly into the overall application architecture.
- Document and maintain UI/UX design patterns and guidelines for future reference and consistency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP UI/UX development, with a strong focus on SAP BTP.
- Expertise in SAP Fiori design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5/OpenUI5 framework and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to UI/UX challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
- A passion for user experience design and a portfolio showcasing your work is an advantage.
