T3 Support: NFVI
We're seeking a seasoned NFVI T3 specialistsomeone with 10+ years of industry experienceto join our fast-paced. As a key technical expert, you will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our NFV Infrastructure (NFVI) platforms. Your advanced skill set will help ensure our virtualized core network operates at peak efficiency, while you partner with teams to deliver reliable, high-performance network services.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end design, development, and rollout of NFVI solutions, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and operational resilience.
- Partner with architects, engineering teams, and operators to shape NFVI requirements and translate operational needs into effective technical specifications.
- Create clear, detailed, and actionable documentationarchitecture designs, technical standards, and implementation playbooksto support everyday operations.
- Tackle complex NFVI issues head-on, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal service disruption in mission-critical environments.
- Monitor NFVI platforms in real time and work with the operations team to uncover and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and stability.
- Provide mentorship and serve as a trusted technical authority for the team, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Contribute to operational strategy meetings with data-driven insights and recommendations that strengthen overall network performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; advanced studies are an advantage.
- 10+ years of practical experience architecting, deploying, and operating NFVI solutions in large-scale environments.
- Mastery of key virtualization platformsVMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and similarwithin operational contexts.
- Strong command of NFV frameworks, design principles, and best practices designed to support evolving operational needs.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex NFVI issues in high-demand, high-availability environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Excellent communicator capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Sharp analytical thinking and adaptability to rapidly changing technical and operational requirements.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as VCP or OpenStack Administrator are a valuable plus.
