Job Summary
Lead the growth of the International Wholesale business by expanding carrier partnerships, driving business development, managing P&L, and optimizing wholesale services. The role is responsible for maximizing revenue, leading a high-performing team, negotiating strategic commercial agreements, and driving operational excellence across the international wholesale business.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Drive the growth of the International Wholesale business by expanding regional coverage and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage international carrier partnerships, commercial negotiations, and wholesale traffic agreements to maximize revenue.
- Oversee the P&L, revenue assurance, and performance of wholesale, signalling, and value-added services.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the wholesale team while ensuring operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in telecommunications, with expertise in enterprise products, IT delivery, or solution management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering cross-functional business initiatives.
- Strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive business growth.
- Strategic, results-driven, and collaborative, with excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
