Senior Specialist Consultant Billing

Job Description

Lead the successful delivery of billing technology initiatives by coordinating global teams, providing technical oversight, and developing solution design capabilities across the organization.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of billing system initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes are effectively managed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, development, testing, and operations to drive successful execution and operational readiness.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentoring for a small team of solution design resources, driving consistent delivery practices and capability development.
• Provide technical oversight and challenge where required, ensuring solution approaches are practical, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology deliveries across business and engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with architects, developers, and platform teams
• Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, or line management of technical professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones.
• Experience in billing, order-to-cash, revenue management, ERP, financial systems, or related enterprise platforms
