• Acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client requests and ensures SLAs are met.

• Monitors service delivery, escalates issues, and coordinates resolution with delivery teams.

• Prepares regular client reports, KPIs, and review materials for performance discussions.

• Analyses client demand trends and works with recruiters to ensure proactive talent pipelines.

• Identifies opportunities for additional services or upselling within existing accounts.

• Manages contract compliance and ensures accurate invoicing and reporting.

• Organizes quarterly review meetings and captures agreed actions.

• Represents the client voice internally and champions service improvements.
