About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our Quantitative Technology team focusing on capital markets applications This role requires a deep understanding of Capital Markets business processes architecture patterns and technology strategies and DevOps You will support develop and integrate software solutions that meet business requirements adhere to security and performance standards and align with enterprise architecture
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement software solutions that meet functional and nonfunctional requirements
Write configure and integrate code following architecture patterns and technology strategy
Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Support production issues perform rootcause analysis and recommend improvements
Decompose business requirements into detailed design specifications and code
Build scalable supportable solutions and promote common assets across the organization
Participate in initiatives to deliver business objectives and mentor team members
Stay current with industry trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
Experience 7 years in software development in a net or java environment 3 software development in python
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Python 3 NET frameworkC or Java
Experience with frontend technologies ASPNET Java script and React
Proficiency in SQL databases
Strong end to end integration and trouble shooting knowledge
Strong knowledge of workflow tools like Control M Autosys or similar
Business Knowledge
Understanding of missioncritical financial applications and multilayer capital markets systems
Integration experience with peripherals supporting capital markets applications
Methodologies
Strong knowledge of Waterfall AgileScrum and Kanban
Soft Skills
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently
