Individual performance measures (KPIs) required of the job that align with company goals and ensure accountability for the delivery of measurable results and clear linkage to the Performance Management Process (PMP)

Keys Results (KPI's)

Result Measurement (Metric)

Delivery of timely and cost effective IT solution that meets business requirements

Variance of schedule (planned versus actual) within 5%

Meet or exceed stated business objectives in terms of system requirements, module timeline and scope of work

Variance of schedule (planned versus actual) within 5%

Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Application Maintenance Service (AMS) of outsourced vendors

All reported incidents are closed and all assigned enhancements are completed as specified in the SLA

Manage and control project budget

Variance of schedule (planned versus actual) within 5%

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/JOB DUTIES

% OF TIME

Work with business management to align with business direction and address all escalations 20%

Application Support

Ensure application security, audit and process compliance for systems in managed project, support and enhancements
Ensure Subject Matter Experts(SME) for the supported application systems are available
Ensure 24 x 7 applications availability and applications performance

Software Development

Performs or Assists in solution design, configuration or development and unit testing for new projects and enhancement requests
Track and monitor enhancement and support deliverables by service providers (e.g. AMS) as specified in the SLA
Track and monitor project deliverables by product team as per agreed timeline

Qualifications

Required Education

Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent work experience

Experiences

Must Have

Need to have 6+ years development experience with Angular 14+ or React UI frameworks
Angular Material: Proficient in implementing responsive and accessible UI components using Angular Material Design.
Good understanding on RESTful/SOAP Webserveices
Working knowledge on Azure Devops
Experience on Project management using Agile methodology.

Good to Have

UX Design experience
Experience in designing, maintaining, or consuming internal/shared UI libraries across projects.
Working experience on Atlassin Jira

Skill Sets

Process driven with ability to interact with business users to gather business requirements and confirm solution design
Ability to analyze business requirement and transform into system process
Working Knowledge in freight forwarding / consolidation and/or 3rd Party Logistics industry will be advantages, particularly in ocean freight.
Hands-on approach to problem solving, attention to detail and creative solution design
Team player and able to manage in diverse workforces
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
