What Do We Expect From You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Specialist with a strong background in the agent and agentic-AI implementation. In this role, you will be responsible to promote next generation automation utilizing agent and agentic-AI. You will be a key contributor to ensuring strong usage of AI and agentic-AI to being user satisfaction and driving the adoption next generation automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as member of strategic team to create and deliver automation solutions aiming to solve specific problem across domains & verticals
  • Create AI agents of different use cases identified by team members during operational and engineering data study
  • Identify new areas of automation and AI agent implementation to maximize team and organization productivity and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of automated tools and scripts to improve support efficiency
  • Create agents and agentic AI to
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation, configuration, integration with telecom infrastructure, and performance optimization.
  • Analyse logs, debug code, and identify root causes of problems, with a focus on telecom protocols and network architectures.
  • Problem & Incident management, Troubleshooting and Resolution of issues.
  • Monitor Applications performance and proactively address issues to maintain optimal Customer Experience.
  • Provide support for DevOps tools and infrastructure (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Works closely with various support organizations and cross- functional teams to achieve next generation automation adoption.

What we look for

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Comm, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ yrs of experience
  • Must have strong analytical and Technical Skills.
  • Flexible and Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies:

  • Experience in advanced level Agent and Agentic-AI implementation.
  • Experience in containerization technologies: Kubernetes/Docker swarm/Mesos-Marathon/Cloud Foundry.
  • Basic understanding of Telecom Network.
