  • RFQ / RFP Management
  • Develop, issue, and manage RFQs/RFPs across assigned categories.
  • Coordinate supplier communication, clarifications, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Consolidate responses and prepare structured comparison summaries for category teams.
  • Data Analytics & Insights
  • Perform spend analysis, cost modeling, price benchmarking, and market research.
  • Build analytics dashboards and support category strategy development with insights.
  • Validate supplier quotes against historical buys, market indices, and technical requirements.
  • Quote Evaluation & Commercial Analysis
  • Analyze supplier proposals for cost, scope, lead time, and risk.
  • Conduct should cost analysis and identify negotiation levers.
  • Facilitate cross functional review sessions with technical and finance teams.
  • Contract & NDA Support
  • Review low complexity contracts, renewals, and statements of work.
  • Resolve redlines for standard terms and escalate high risk items as needed.
  • Prepare, track, and execute NDAs to enable smooth supplier engagement.
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support
  • Assist in supplier performance tracking, scorecards, and quarterly reviews.
  • Ensure follow ups on open actions, deliverables, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, risk documentation, and compliance information.
  • Template & Version Control Management
  • Maintain sourcing templates (RFQ, RFP, scoring sheets, negotiation trackers).
  • Manage version control, updates, and standardization across category teams.
  • Ensure all sourcing documentation is audit ready and aligned with governance.
  • PO & Transactional Support
  • Process small scale purchase orders in alignment with sourcing strategy.
  • Review requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to preferred suppliers.
  • Resolve minor discrepancies related to pricing, scope, or supplier setup.
  • Supplier Onboarding & Graphite Connect
  • Lead supplier onboarding requests in Graphite Connect.
  • Validate supplier data, insurance, certifications, banking, and compliance documents.
  • Partner with suppliers to complete onboarding steps efficiently and accurately.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Category Managers to support strategic initiatives and sourcing events.
  • Work cross functionally with labs, engineering, legal, finance, AP, and procurement ops.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 35+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau preferred).
  • Experience with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, and contract basics.
  • Familiarity with Graphite Connect or similar supplier onboarding tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Ability to manage several sourcing activities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
