Responsibilities
- Source quality candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri & beyond
- Build pipelines for tech & non-tech roles across India
- Work closely with our TA team to understand real-time requirements
- Engage, screen, and pass on qualified talent to the hiring funnel
Requirements
- 29 years of sourcing experience (agency/startup experience is a plus!)
- Strong hands-on skills with sourcing tools & platforms
- Passion for people, speed, and smart searching
