Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist who possesses exceptional market insights knowledge and the ability to provide strategic oversight.
  • This role is critical in ensuring our organization stays ahead of the curve by identifying top talent through strategic market insights and executing effective sourcing strategies.
  • As a Senior Sourcing Specialist with a focus on market insights, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and acquiring top talent to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize market research and insights to understand talent landscapes, competitor strategies, and industry trends, providing strategic guidance to recruitment partners and/or hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and talent mapping.
  • Build and maintain a strong proactive talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging market insights to anticipate talent shortages and proactively address recruitment challenges.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop tailored sourcing approaches to meet their needs effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition, and share relevant insights and recommendations with the recruitment team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sourcing team members, sharing best practices and helping to develop their sourcing capabilities.
  • Working with hiring managers and recruiters as a strategic partner, advising on sourcing strategies, passive engagement strategies, competitive intelligence, DEI, and talent insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Over 7 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or related roles, with a focus on leveraging market insights to drive sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive and self-motivated sourcing professionals with experience in Leadership Hiring and/or Hardware.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research and analysis, with a strong understanding of talent landscapes, competitor movements, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent through innovative and outside the box proactive sourcing methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret sourcing metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other sourcing technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in using multiple sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and other creative methods, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Knowledge of Workday and Phenom is preferred.
