About The Role
Opkey is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Pre-Sales team in India. In this critical role, you will serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle, demonstrating the transformative value of our AI agent solutions to prospective clients. You will be responsible for conducting compelling product demonstrations, designing and executing proof of concepts, and articulating the business value of our suite of AI agents including PMO Agent, Configuration Agent, Testing Agent, and Training Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and tailored product demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and value proposition of Opkey's AI agent solutions to technical and business stakeholders
- Design, scope, and execute proof of concepts (POCs) that validate our solutions against specific client requirements and success criteria
- Partner closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, addressing technical questions, and developing solution approaches
- Articulate compelling value propositions that connect our AI agent capabilities to customer business outcomes and ROI
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and contribute to solution roadmap discussions
- Develop and maintain demonstration environments, POC frameworks, and technical collateral
- Build trusted advisor relationships with prospect technical teams and key stakeholders
- Travel as needed to conduct onsite presentations, workshops, and POC activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a consulting or solution engineering capacity
- Big 4 consulting firm background (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG)
- Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud solutions in a consulting or functional capacity
- Strong functional expertise with the ability to understand and communicate business processes and requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Outstanding presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level demonstrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML technologies or enterprise automation solutions
- Familiarity with project management, testing, or training methodologies
- Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or sales engineering roles
- Oracle Cloud certifications
