Job Description

MoEngage is seeking a highly skilled and customer-obsessed Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a cloud/SaaS environment.
  • Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a customer-obsessed and roll up your sleeves attitude to help resolve customer issues or queries with a minimum resolution time.
  • Add recurring issues to knowledge base articles or FAQs to minimize the turnaround time on closing support tickets.
  • Provide constant and constructive feedback to team leads, product, and engineering teams to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, natural curiosity, and the ability to learn rapidly.
  • Communicate effectively with different audiences (developers, technical, and non-technical users).
  • Maintain awareness of Information Security concepts and Best Practices.
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

What You Must Have Experience In

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Overall experience in a customer-facing role (Support/Integration Support).
  • As a Developer Support Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer in Cloud/SaaS companies or products.
  • API or SDK implementation and/or integration.
  • JavaScript, iOS, or Android support experience.

Should Be Good and Excel At

  • Programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, Angular, React.
  • Linux/Unix operating systems and REST API.
  • Database (SQL/Oracle).
  • Exposure and hands-on experience in one of the following: AWS, Kafka, and Elastic Search.
