Presales Solution Architect
About The Role
A senior solution architect with strong presales credentials who partners with sales teams and customers to scope, shape, and win engagements. You bring deep delivery experience in open-source Java or .NET and the customer presence to articulate technical solutions clearly. As part of the AI Productivity COE, you will be enabled on agentic ways of working for the SDLC and bring this capability into customer conversations and solution designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams on opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and pursuit strategy
- Lead customer-facing technical discussions, discovery workshops, and solution demos
- Design and propose end-to-end solutions on open-source Java and/or .NET technology stacks
- Develop proposals, estimates, and architecture artefacts for customer presentations and RFP responses
- Travel to customer locations for discovery sessions, workshops, and pitches as required
- Get enabled on agentic SDLC practices through the AI Productivity COE and embed these into customer solutions and proposals
- Act as the trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the pursuit lifecycle
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience
- Strong delivery background in open-source Java OR .NET technology stacks
- Proven presales experience solutioning, RFP responses, and customer presentations
- Exceptional communication and articulation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Strong customer focus and consultative selling mindset
- Willing to travel as required for customer engagements
- Openness to learning and adopting agentic SDLC practices (enablement provided through the AI Productivity COE)
