Role Overview
We are looking for a Solution Consultant who can operate as a trusted advisor across enterprise transformation initiatives, independent of specific platforms or technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong techno-functional foundation with business acumen (MBA preferred) and the ability to shape, position, and sell solutions across a wide spectrum of enterprise platforms (workflow, CRM, ERP, data, AI, automation, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Deal Shaping
- Partner with sales to drive solution strategy in complex deals
- Lead discovery workshops to identify business problems and transformation goals
- Craft compelling solution narratives, demos, and PoCs (tool-agnostic)
- Build ROI models, business cases, and value propositions
2. Solution Consulting
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging a mix of enterprise technologies such as:
Workflow platforms
CRM / CX systems
ERP systems
Data & analytics platforms
AI / Automation ecosystems
- Define process flows, integration approaches, and solution architecture (high-level)
- Recommend best-fit platforms or combinations based on client context
3. Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor in transformation discussions
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured solution frameworks
4. Delivery Alignment
- Ensure continuity between proposed solution and execution
- Support delivery teams with solution clarity, governance, and design validation
- Guide stakeholders through solution adoption and value realization
5. Innovation & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on enterprise tech trends (AI, automation, cloud, digital workflows, etc.)
- Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and transformation
Qualifications
- B. Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent technical background
- MBA (preferred) – Strategy / IT / Operations
- Certifications across any major enterprise platform are a plus (not mandatory)
Experience
- 5–9 years total experience
- Experience in solution consulting / pre-sales / enterprise solutioning roles
- Exposure to multiple platforms or domains (not restricted to one ecosystem)
- Proven track record in client-facing, deal-influencing roles
