Senior Solutions Architect- Vice President

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and a proven track record of consulting with enterprise clients. This is a strategic role that involves end-to-end ownership of CLM solution design and implementation, from discovery to delivery, ensuring business value, adoption, and transformation outcomes for our clients—primarily in the legal and compliance domain. We're looking for a technically proficient, consultative leader who can engage senior stakeholders, drive solution roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and impactful CLM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Discovery & Solution Design:

1.1 Lead deep-dive consultations with client stakeholders to understand the current-state (as-is) contracting processes, challenges, and inefficiencies.

1.2 Conduct gap analyses, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and map them to CLM

capabilities.

1.3 Define and document business requirements (BRD), functional requirements (FRD), and solution blueprints aligned with client goals.

1.4 Design comprehensive end-to-end CLM architectures, including contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, metadata models, dashboards, and analytics.

1.5 Develop proposals and solution plans, including high-level scope, timelines, and cost estimates.

2. Implementation Planning & Execution:

2.1 Create a detailed, phased implementation roadmap, align with business priorities and change readiness.

2.2 Guide system configuration, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM,

DMS, eSignature, etc.).

2.3 Oversee and validate data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy, continuity, and risk mitigation.

2.4 Provide hands-on oversight during deployment and user onboarding phases.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

3.1 Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, translating complex requirements into strategic technology solutions.

3.2 Lead stakeholder communications, steering committee updates, and change management planning to support adoption and business transformation.

3.3 Drive alignment between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and execution.

4. Delivery Oversight & Quality Assurance:

4.1 Collaborate closely with implementation teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

4.2 Enforce architectural best practices, design standards, and compliance controls.

4.3 Monitor project health and risk areas to ensure on-time, in-scope, high-quality outcomes.

4.4 Provide post-go-live support, stabilization oversight, and enhance roadmaps.

5. Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

5.1 Stay at the forefront of CLM platform capabilities (e.g., ContractPodAi, LEAH)

5.2 Share insights on contracting trends, digital transformation, and legal technology with internal and external stakeholders.

5.3 Contribute to internal capability building by mentoring teams and evolving delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer science, Information Technology).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 10 years in CLM solutioning and delivery.

• Hands-on experience across major CLM platforms (ContractPodAi, Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, SirionLabs, etc.).

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies (REST APIs, middleware).

• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, drive consensus, and lead solutioning initiatives across global enterprises.
