Senior Solutions Architect

We are hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to partner with product, engineering and enterprise customers to design and deliver scalable, secure software solutions. The role owns technical solution design for complex customer problems, drives architecture decisions, creates high-quality design artifacts, and guides engineering teams during implementation. You will be a principal technical contact for customers during pre-sales and delivery, translating business requirements into architecture, trade-offs, integrations and non-functional requirements.

What You will do:

Responsibilities include

• Leading solution discovery with customers,
• Creating solution and integration designs (cloud and on‑prem),
• Defining deployment patterns, writing technical proposals and estimates, and mentoring engineers.
• You'll validate solutions against security, compliance and performance needs, produce runbooks and handoffs, and support the sales organization during technical conversations and RFP responses.

What we are looking for -

Required qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering distributed SaaS or enterprise software systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), API/integration design, data flow and storage architecture, identity and security considerations, and experience working with engineering teams to implement designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and experience engaging with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders are essential.
