The primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders (Product Manager(s), Product

Owner(s)) to understand business requirements.

• Taking responsibility for the technical end-to-end implementation of proMX

product solutions.

• Lead a Team of Developers and review their work on timely basis.

• Providing advice and support to clients in the planning, implementation, and

integration of proMX product solutions.

• Preparing design and architecture documentation and assisting the development

team during implementation.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the software development

space.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance solution

capabilities.

• Identifying risks and developing solutions to minimize them.

• Assisting in test execution and quality assurance.

• Compliance with information security and data protection requirements.

Your Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies from Azure and Power

Platform.

• Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

• Experience in creating solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure & Power Platform

• Very good knowledge of Azure DevOps.

• Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken

Required Technical Skillset:

Typescript

Plugins Development

Hands on experience in Dynamics / Power Apps / Power Platform.

PCF / Power Apps Components Framework or any other kind of experience with web-based App

development is required

JavaScript

TDD (Test driven development)

Experience in building web / mobile-like applications from scratch

Multiple Years (5+) of experience with Code review and refactoring

Experience in organizing a team and train / mentor team members
