Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing (MFG) Solution Architect

Location: PAN India

Employment: Full-Time (FTE) – Direct Payroll with Client

Experience: 12+ Years

What the Client is Looking For

The client is looking for a Senior Oracle Manufacturing Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. This is a functional architect role where the candidate should be able to design, configure, demonstrate, and troubleshoot Oracle Manufacturing solutions independently.

Key Skills Required

12+ years of Oracle Manufacturing experience, including Oracle EBS and strong Oracle Cloud experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (MFG).
Excellent knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing.
Strong understanding and hands-on configuration experience in:
BOM – Bill of Materials
WIP / Work Orders
Engineering / ECO
Manufacturing Costing
Quality Management
Production execution
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Costing, including Standard, Actual and Perpetual Costing.
Good understanding of Land Cost Management.
Strong knowledge of Demand Management, Supply Planning and S&OP.
Good functional understanding of WMS integration with Manufacturing, including material staging, picking and production supply.
Should be comfortable working independently in Functional Setup Manager and configuring manufacturing processes and planning parameters.
Should have experience creating POCs / prototypes / demos in an Oracle Manufacturing sandbox.
Ability to analyze manufacturing issues and explain their business and financial impact.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with Plant Managers, Operations Leaders, Supply Chain teams and CFO-level stakeholders.
