We are looking for an exceptional Solution Architect (Tech Authority) to lead and architect our technical vision across application development and DevOps domains at Reachware . This role requires a strong blend of hands-on engineering, architectural expertise, and strategic leadership to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern patterns

Define architectural standards, guidelines, and coding conventions

Create architecture documentation, roadmaps, and system designs

Evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with business goals

Ensure long-term scalability, maintainability, and cost-efficiency

:

Provide technical mentorship and guidance across engineering teams

Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and governance

Drive key decisions on architecture, tech stack, and infrastructure

Establish engineering best practices and development standards

Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements

:

Architect modern web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript

Design backend systems and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)

Ensure best practices in frontend architecture, state management, and performance

Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Implement secure authentication, authorization, and API standards

& :

Design cloud-native systems on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions)

Implement containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)

Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Establish monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance

8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture

5+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem (Node.js, React, Next.js)

3+ years in Solution Architecture / Technical Leadership roles

Strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js, React, TypeScript

API design experience (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets)

Database expertise (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)

Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker

CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi)

Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Experience in designing scalable, production-grade systems
