How will you make an impact in this role

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

Key responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver scalable, distributed data pipelines andcloud-native processing solutions on GCP using Spark, Beam, Flink, Dataflow, and BigQuery.
  • Engineer fault-tolerant, high-throughput systems define strong data modeling, partitioning, and schema evolution strategies and embed observability, lineage, and data quality across workflows.
  • Optimize multi-tenant and single-tenant platforms for cost, performance, security, and reliability, while standardizing automation and migration frameworks.
  • Responsible to architect and solution in and around CRM solutions like Salesforce, leveraging out of the box agentic solutions such as AgentForce, Einstein.
  • Perform architectural reviews, performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and developer experience initiatives through reusable SDKs, APIs, and libraries.
  • Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Platform teams to ensure enterprise alignment, and mentor engineers to drive technical excellence and best practices.
  • Communicate technical strategy effectively and contribute hands-on to critical platform components.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java with exposure to AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Prototype lightweightagentic workflowsusing frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen and integrate agents with enterprise data and APIs.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote responsible and effective AI adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, and/or comparable experience advanced degree preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, orData Engineering, advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, distributed systems and AI/ML.
  • Proven success in architecting and delivering large-scale, high-performance, cloud-native data systems on GCP or equivalent environments.
  • Expert in Python and Java with deep experience in Spark, Beam, Flink, and GCP Dataflow for scalable data processing.
  • Knowledge of Python and data processing technologies such as Big Data (Hadoop, Spark)
  • Knowledge of natural language processing techniques, models such as BERT, Transformer models, and their real-world applications
  • Proficient with CI/CD and automation tools such as GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, or Cloud Build.
  • Strong knowledge of cost-performance trade-offs and designing multi-tenant architectures optimized for efficiency and reliability.
  • Proficient in observability frameworks (metrics, logging, tracing) using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, Stackdriver.
  • Preferred experienceworking with aCRM solution like Salesforce and ability to define multiple data integration patterns for the same.
