We are looking for a
Senior Solutions Architect with strong experience in
Managed Service Providers (MSP) or
Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) who can
lead service delivery across multiple clients.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you will own the
technical strategy, solution design, and delivery quality, while guiding and mentoring engineering teams to consistently deliver high-value services.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Ownership
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for key MSP / cybersecurity clients, acting as the senior technical point of contact.
- Own the technical success of engagements: architecture, implementation oversight, stability, performance, and ongoing improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure services are delivered according to SLAs, best practices, and agreed standards.
Architecture & Solution Design
- Design modern cloud, infrastructure, and/or security architectures for client environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, network & security stacks).
- Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and changes proposed by engineers.
- Standardize service offerings, reference architectures, and implementation patterns.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Provide technical leadership to L2/L3 engineers, security analysts, and support teams.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical and client-facing capabilities.
- Work closely with operations, project management, and leadership teams to continuously improve delivery processes.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
- Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimization or upsell within client environments.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of service delivery frameworks, playbooks, and documentation.
- Stay up to date on modern cloud, security, and MSP best practices and bring those insights into the service portfolio.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and/or cybersecurity roles.
- Proven experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed
- Security Service Provider (MSSP) this is mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership in service delivery: owning delivery outcomes for multiple clients, not just working as an individual contributor.
Strong hands-on background in one or more of the following areas:
- Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and/or Microsoft 365
- Network & infrastructure: routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers
- Cybersecurity: firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos), endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC, security monitoring & incident response
- Excellent client-facing communication skills able to explain complex technical topics in clear, business-focused language.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams (engineers, analysts, etc.).
- Strong documentation habits and process-oriented mindset.
- Based in Asia, with strong written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Industry certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Experience working with North American, UK, European, or Australian clients.
- Experience helping to build or refine MSP/MSSP service offerings, packages, or playbooks.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
