Salesforce Architect – Agentforce

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Agent force, integrations, data, security, and enterprise solution design to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce and Agent force architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design Agent force Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, guardrails, and AI-driven workflows.
• Architect solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Data Cloud/Data 360, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, middleware, Named Credentials, and asynchronous processing.
• Define Salesforce data models, security, sharing, identity, access, and governance strategies.
• Establish scalable solutions considering governor limits, data volume, performance, and platform limitations.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps, environment, release, and deployment standards.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solution architectures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architecture and solution design expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, security, and data architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing Agentforce / Salesforce AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Cloud/Data 360 and Salesforce data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce scalability, performance, governor limits, and Large Data Volume architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
