We're Hiring: Lead / Principal Solution Architect (AI & Cloud)
We're looking for a high-impact Solution Architect with deep experience across AI, cloud, and enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, designing scalable architectures, and staying hands-on with technology.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery workshops to understand business goals, constraints, and success metrics
- Design and present enterprise-grade solution architectures, covering system design, data, integrations, security, scalability, and performance
- Create architecture and delivery artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, estimates, tech stack rationale, and roadmaps
- Architect and deliver both AI and non-AI solutions, including:
- AI Solutions
- LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures
- NLP, enterprise search, personalization
- Vector databases, evaluation frameworks, MLOps, and Responsible AI
- Non-AI Solutions
- Cloud-native microservices and APIs
- Workflow automation, platform modernization, and enterprise integrations
- Act as a hands-on architect-engineer, prototyping critical components and guiding development teams
- Provide cloud and DevOps leadership across AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, and DevSecOps practices
What You Bring
- 1015+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise solution architecture
- Strong full-stack engineering background
- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
- Proven expertise in AI solution architecture (LLMs, RAG, agents, vector databases, evaluation, governance)
- Strong experience with cloud architecture and DevOps/IaC (AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, publishing, or content-tech ecosystems (EPUB, XML/DITA, LMS integrations)
- Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC2, ISO, and Responsible AI
- Relevant certifications: AWS/Azure Solution Architect, Kubernetes (CKA), Terraform, AI/ML
