The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity to shape the technology strategy of one of the world's most complex logistics networks - at a regional scale, with global reach. As Senior Solutions Architect, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, driving the architecture that underpins DHL Supply Chain's operations across APAC.

What you will do:

Define and drive the regional EA strategy

• Lead the definition and execution of the APAC enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with DHL's global direction.
• Represent the region in the global EA Community and contribute to worldwide standards, principles, and governance models.
• Address business, information, and technology-related initiatives and establish the approach for integrating information applications and programmes.

Act as a key design authority across APAC

• Influence regional decisions to ensure supply chain solutions are replicable, integrated, and scalable.
• Define regional EA-specific principles and standards to steer the solution IT architecture.
• Provide guidance for decision-making and apply expertise across regional IT architecture including evaluation of the legacy IT landscape and new product selection.

Build and own the transformation roadmap

• Manage the regional IT technology lifecycle and translate it into a clear, forward-looking regional transformation roadmap.
• Contribute to the definition of blueprints, templates, and patterns that support standardisation of solution architecture across DHL Supply Chain.

Standardise and simplify architecture at scale

• Create and maintain a big picture across business, information, application, technology, infrastructure, and security architecture layers.

Catalogue, develop, coordinate, communicate, maintain, and enforce the overall Business Architecture Principles, Models, and Standard Components

Partner with leaders across the business

• Consult with domain and regional leaders on EA topics and align the domain IT architecture across domains.
• Build strong partnerships and consulting relationships with leadership and all stakeholders on projects.

What you will bring:

Experience & expertise:

10–15 years in IT

In progressive roles spanning application design, solutions development, and full lifecycle management.

Supply chain IT expertise

5+ years designing and implementing supply chain IT solutions across complex global environments.

Enterprise architecture mastery

Extensive experience in EA disciplines, including TOGAF and LeanIX, from business to IT level.

Global collaboration

5+ years working across global/regional teams to shape strategy for IT applications and solutions.

Senior leadership

10 years in increasingly senior roles bridging technical and business domains with accountability.

Agile and waterfall fluency

Advanced project planning skills with experience managing complex technical programmes in both methodologies.
