Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in
enterprise architecture, Azure cloud, AI-enabled solutions, application modernization, and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native, AI-ready architectures that align with enterprise technology standards and business goals.
This role requires strong experience in
modern application frameworks (.NET, React), Azure ecosystem, Agile/SAFe delivery models, AI orchestration, and enterprise integration architectures. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, and engineering teams to drive innovation, improve developer productivity, and enable high-quality enterprise solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities Solutions Architecture & Design
- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native architecture solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Develop end-to-end architecture blueprints covering applications, integrations, data, infrastructure, and AI-enabled services.
- Define architecture standards, reusable design patterns, and development guardrails for enterprise applications.
- Ensure interoperability, high availability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems.
Cloud, AI & Modernization
- Lead application modernization initiatives using Azure cloud-native technologies.
- Architect and integrate AI-enabled solutions, agentic workflows, AI orchestration, and developer productivity tools into enterprise environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI platforms to improve operational efficiency and engineering productivity.
- Guide implementation of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud governance best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Leadership
- Collaborate with product owners, Agile teams, architects, and business stakeholders to align architecture with Program Increment (PI) objectives.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and solution validation activities.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams using technologies such as .NET, React, Azure, APIs, and cloud services.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture roadmaps.
Governance & Documentation
- Maintain architecture documentation, standards, integration patterns, and technical decision records.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security requirements.
- Establish governance frameworks for architecture consistency and implementation quality.
Mentorship & Innovation
- Mentor engineering teams on architecture principles, cloud-native development, AI integration, and DevSecOps practices.
- Drive innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities for modernization and process improvement.
- Promote best practices in software engineering, cloud adoption, and Agile architecture.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise environments.

- Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale modernization programs.
