The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.
- Designing robust and scalable solutions, meticulously considering performance, security, maintainability, and integration complexities within AXA's existing systems.
- Curating a technology stack that aligns with AXA's strategic roadmap, evaluating and recommending solutions that optimise cost, performance, and scalability.
- Creating comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including detailed diagrams, specifications, and decision logs, to ensure transparency and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders.
- Providing SME guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices throughout the implementation phase.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, acting as trusted advisers to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined technical specifications.
