Process-to-Agent Translation

• Understand assigned Finance processes and execution steps in depth.
• Convert Finance rules, calculations, and controls into agent logic.
• Ensure agents comply with Finance policies, approvals, and audit expectations.

Hands-On Build, Test, and Iterate

• Actively build, test, and refine agents during execution cycles.
• Debug agent behavior and output accuracy.
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and execution reliability.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness.

Agentic AI & Modern Build Patterns

• Apply agentic AI concepts such as task decomposition and orchestration.
• Combine LLM reasoning with deterministic Finance logic.
• Implement grounding, guardrails, and structured prompting.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to validate execution accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for deployment and integration.
• Support rollout, adoption, and scaling of deployed agents.
