Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Solution Architect to join our Commercial Data & Analytics team. This role blends deep technical architecture expertise with strong development experience across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate understands enterprise-scale design and can build and implement innovative, high-impact technical solutions.

While prior AI project experience is not required, a strong conceptual understanding and curiosity about AI technologies-such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and orchestration frameworks-will be essential for guiding learning and innovation initiatives across the organization. This position plays a key role in shaping solutions that drive business value, support rapid prototyping, and deliver in a dynamic, fast-evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
* Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that integrate with enterprise data and applications, including legacy systems.
* Lead technical design reviews, solution workshops, and architecture governance processes.
* Rapidly develop, prototype, and iterate on modern solutions-balancing innovation with delivery speed and quality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, compliance, IT development, IT security, and the broader Data & Analytics organization to ensure seamless solution delivery.
* Maintain a forward-looking view on emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and orchestration tools, evaluating their potential to meet evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale technology solutions in commercial or enterprise environments.
* Strong foundation in data and analytics architecture, including data modeling, ETL pipelines, data governance, and machine learning concepts.
* Hands-on development experience using Python, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks.
* Hands on familiarity with Azure & Snowflake.
* Demonstrated ability to explore and adopt emerging technologies with a proactive, experimental mindset.
* Familiarity with modern frameworks and platforms such as Azure AI/AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and rapid change.
* Commercially oriented with a proven record of delivering technology-driven business outcomes.
