Senior Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise software systems.
• Provide coaching on assessing business impact versus effort and prioritizing functional requests.
• Collaborate with other senior architects to define frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions on business operations.
• Write custom scripts, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Create and manage data migration requirements.
• Serve as Scrum Master to monitor projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and planning for development tasks.
• Write maintainable code and perform peer code reviews, unit and integration testing.
• Implement unit testing, API documentation, deployment approaches, and maintain programming documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalations.
• Communicate effectively with product owners, QA, support, and other departments.
• Mentor and coach solution architects and team members.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and performance standards, adhering to SILC guidelines.
• Stay updated on product releases and industry best practices.
