Senior Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Solution lead to lead AI‑enabled Pre‑Sales and Solutions for large, complex, multi‑tower IT deals. This role is critical in shaping modernized, AI‑driven solutions that help enterprise clients transform their business, technology, and operating models.

The ideal candidate will combine deep solutioning expertise, large deal leadership, and a strong AI strategy mindset, working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to craft differentiated, value‑led proposals that leverage AI, Data, Cloud, Automation, and Managed Services at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Large Deal & Integrated Solution Leadership

• Own end‑to‑end solutioning for large, strategic, multi‑tower deals across geographies and industries.
• Lead the definition of AI‑first, platform‑led, and outcome‑driven solution architectures spanning across Applications & Modernization, Managed Services & AI‑Ops, Infrastructure & Cloud, Data, Analytics & AI / GenAI.
• Shape solution strategies that clearly articulate business outcomes, ROI, and value realization enabled by AI.
• Drive solution strategy, pricing, and value proposition to ensure competitive positioning.

Pre‑Sales & Proposal Ownership

• Own the complete proposal lifecycle, including solution architecture, AI & digital components, commercials, pricing strategy, and risk assumptions.
• Embed AI use‑cases, GenAI copilots, intelligent automation, and data‑led insights into proposals to improve win probability and deal differentiation.
• Drive AI‑led modernization journeys, helping clients move from legacy operating models to future‑ready, AI‑augmented enterprises.

Pre-Sales Management:

• Lead and mentor pre-sales teams to deliver high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with client requirements, business objectives, and LTM capabilities.

Stakeholder & CXO Engagement

• Partner closely with Sales, Account Teams, Practices, Delivery, and Alliances to create cohesive and compelling solutions.
• Engage with CXO‑level client stakeholders to:
• Articulate AI strategy and transformation roadmap
• Position LTM as a trusted advisor for AI‑led transformation
• Translate complex technology constructs into clear business value narratives

AI Strategy, Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Bring industry, AI, and technology trends into solution design, including:
• GenAI, AI agents, Copilot‑based models
• Autonomous operations, AI‑Ops, and managed services transformation
• Drive creation of reusable AI solution frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and playbooks to improve speed, quality, and win‑rate.
• Influence GTM strategy by shaping AI‑led offerings and large‑deal solution patterns.

Governance, Risk & Commercial Excellence

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
• Lead solution governance around scalability, operability, commercial viability, and risk mitigation.
• Balance innovation with pragmatism, ensuring feasible AI adoption at enterprise scale.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 17+ years in IT services with strong focus on pre‑sales, solutioning, and large deal leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑tower deals.

Solutioning & AI Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• Application Development & Modernization
• Cloud & Infrastructure services
• AI / GenAI, Data & Analytics platforms
• Testing, Automation & Managed Services
• Experience embedding AI into enterprise solutions, including modernization, efficiency, and business transformation use‑cases.

Industry Exposure

• Experience in one or more verticals such as Life Sciences, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing or Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH) is a strong advantage.

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to inspire and lead senior pre‑sales teams and architect communities.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology required.
• MBA preferred; AI / Cloud / Architecture certifications are an added advantage.
