About this opportunity:
Join our team at Ericsson as a Solution Architect, a critical role that drives our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and burgeoning business needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will facilitate profitable business growth by bridging customer needs and technical opportunities into robust offerings and proposals. You will support the Consultants during the requirement analysis and high-level design phases while having the chance to assume responsibilities in Customer Support, sales, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end solutions using Automation (RPA/IPA/Hyperautomation), AI/ML, and modern software engineering.
- Collaborate with product owners, business leads, and engineering teams to convert business needs into robust technical architectures.
- Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, and best practices for automation and AI solution deployments.
- Evaluate and integrate AI platforms, LLMs, MLOps pipelines, and intelligent workflow orchestration systems.
- Ensure architectural compliance with security, scalability, performance, and cloud governance requirements.
- Guide delivery teams with detailed solution designs, integration models, and data strategy (APIs, event-driven architecture, data pipelines).
- Drive modernization of existing applications through cloud-native and microservices approaches.
- Conduct technology assessments, POCs, and vendor tool evaluations.
- Provide strategic thought leadership on AI adoption, automation transformation roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and automation teams in best practices and advanced solution techniques.
Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Intelligent Automation:
- RPA platforms
- Process mining & discovery tools
- Business workflow orchestration
Proficiency in AI & Data:
- LLMs, NLP, ML model lifecycle, MLOps
- Experience with AI APIs & frameworks
Hands-on Software Architecture knowledge:
- Microservices, API-first, event-driven architectures
- Cloud-native development on AWS/Azure/GCP
- DevOps / CI-CD automation
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, governance and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to create high-quality architectural documents (HLD/LLD).
- Good thought leadership and articulation is a must.
