Role Overview:
We are looking for Senior Solution Architect to lead sustenance-track projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform, with responsibility for solution architecture, enhancements, integrations, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sustenance projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform.
- Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and optimization.
- Coordinate with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.
- Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvements.
- Support capacity planning, EOD optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation.
- Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design experience.
- FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
- Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka.
- Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on project delivery experience retail and corporate banking experience preferred.
Preferred Tech Stack: Oracle Database, Java, JavaScript, Microservices
Tools: JIRA, GitHub, Postman | Good-to-have: Kubernetes.
