Senior Solution Architect (Advisory)

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program.
• Assess customer's current identity landscape and develop future identity roadmaps.
• Design and implement role-based access control and application onboarding programs.
• Ensure best practices for SailPoint products are followed throughout project delivery.
• Advise and guide junior resources on project implementation.
• Provide recommendations on custom tool development to meet complex business needs.
• Maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with advisory service leads, program managers, and cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and strategic direction.
• Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps.
• Recommend improvements for SaaS product consumption.
• Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports (if any).
